Eligibility for Return
You may request a return under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
- The item is unused, in original packaging, and includes all accessories, tags, and invoice.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been used, altered, or damaged due to misuse.
- Customized or made-to-order items.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”.
- Bulk industrial orders unless proven defective or incorrect.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at info@azadforging.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your Order ID, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
- Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

Please note:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
Refund Policy
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- In some cases, you may opt for store credit or an exchange instead of a refund.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
